Faye
Often thought or referred to as elves by humans are extraordinarily beautiful and sweet smelling. But there are many different types of Faye, actually. Most, if not all females have wings where males do not. They usually have an occupation they are best at, being known to craft some of the most enchanting jewelry.

Dark Faye
Like their counterparts, they are also extraordinarily beautiful, however the females do not have wings. Being born dark or turned dark causes the loss of wings. They often like to steal beautiful things for themselves, children being the most common as they use them in part as servants. They often live in remote cities and prefer to avoid their counterparts.

Sprites
Faye that can change their size at will and are often mischievous. Often they like to be small and be visible to children. While in their smaller form, they have a melodic sound that sometimes sounds like bells. They do like living in human homes and helping out with repairs as long as they are appreciated.

Undines
Faye that live in the  water. Sometimes they take on a human form, an animal one, or look like what a human calls a mermaid. They can be sweet or helpful and their counter parts can be cruel, luring people to drown or eat them.

Dryads
Faye that live generally in forests. They often look like walking talking trees though there are rare occasions they can take on a human form. They are the creators of most plant life and have an easy time cross breeding or even creating new species. They are long living and once they reach the end of their life they take root as a permanenttree.

Sylphs
Often confused with sprites due to their varying sizes, these are the only faye both male and female to have wings. They often shape-shift to look like butterflies and make what is commonly known as pixie dust.

Goblins/ Gremlins
They are generally human children of varying ages that are stolen by dark faye. These children become enchanted after so long and become non-human. These children become different not only in appearance, but personality. Since they have a mortal life of about 100 years or sooner, stealing is the only way to replenish their numbers. They are treated as servants.

Goblins who have been enchanted by the Bull become dark and sometimes more grotesque than they originally were. They seek to kill and cause harm to those around them. They are called Gremlins in a way to separate the two.

Unicorns
Old, wise and patient, no one knows the length of their life spans. Since they were around before the Faye, they are believed not only to be the creators of the Faye, but the most powerful of creatures.Their tears can be used for healing, known for keeping their occupied locations of the same season such as spring and occasionally summer (but never fall or winter.) Males are known to be able to change their appearance from a horse with one horn to a faye or human form with white hair. Female born unicorns cannot change their appearance. They are the only Faye creature that is considered to have a singular mate for the duration of their life and to live after their mate is dead is agonizing.

Evershell
A faye city located just beyond a deep valley up in the mountains where waterfalls are most common. Beneath the city there are seven inter connecting bathing spots with three different entrances. On the other side of the mountain it is lush with green growth and a waterfall and river where it is filled plenty with many species of fish and animal life, including clams that produce pearls. The faye here have pearl like wings and animal companions that can live  up to 200 years

Avladena
A faye city on the edge of a forest down in a valley. Dryads are most common here as they have the fertility festival, planting dryad seedlings as well as chosen faye to bear children to control population. They have such a wide variety of wing colors ranging from rainbow to black and all the shades in between.
